How would the booking appointment widget work?

Customers will be directed to book an appointment or request a service quote. The calendar page linked to your Google calendar allows customers to select their preferred time and date within designated available slots. Once booked, both the customer and admin receive confirmation emails, along with appointment reminders 24 and 1 hours prior.

Can we set up a flow for booking appointments and redirecting customers to the online invoice?

Absolutely! After an appointment is booked, customers can be redirected to a page of your choice, possibly an online invoice.

Can customers pay online?

Certainly! Customers have the option to book and pay for services online. We facilitate this through connecting your Stripe account for secure online payments.

What is A2P 10DLC?

A2P 10DLC refers to a system in the United States that allows businesses to send Application-to-Person (A2P) type messaging via standard 10-digit long code (10DLC) phone numbers. Carriers in the US consider all LC Phone traffic to be A2P. Carriers’ A2P 10DLC offerings provide better delivery quality and lower filtering risk than long code SMS of the past, using the same phone numbers.
